I'm about to throw my I Phone 6 on the freeway.
Issue: Whenever I play my music in the car, at home, on my headphones or even check my email. Its constantly asking for my password for ITunes.

Tap Settings > iTunes & App Store. Tap your Apple ID then type in your Apple ID password.
Theoretically, that should stop the constant prompt for your password.
