2011 Macbook Pro Keyboard Issue

My spacebar & deletekeys along with Caps Lock were not working on my 2011 MacbookPro so I replaced the keyboard with new OEM part. The replacement did not fix the issue. Using a Bluetooth keyboard everything works just fine. What could the issue be if a new OEM replacement keyboard did not fix the issue?

MacBook Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.4)
