Unable to scroll on my Ipod Nano

Haven't used my Ipod for a little while and yesterday uploaded some more music to it before realizing that my home PC is now Windows 10.

I am not able to scroll on the ipod between the 2 screens or navigate my playlists - does anyone else have this issue?

It keeps freezing and not responding..............

Any idea how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.
