iCloud cannot verify my Mac

Does anyone know how to solve this? Yes, I did restart it and try again.

Mac Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.4)

the same thing here.....it seems like i can't work anymore with this machine... macbook pro 13 inches mid 2010

Are you referring to the Question Mark? That took me to a Mac Help page that didn't really help. If it means anything, I get an email telling me that I signed in on the Mac I'm trying to sign into, although I'm still not in.
