After reviewing your post, it sounds like the computer is showing a blue screen. Is this happening a startup? I would recommend that you read these articles, they may be helpful in troubleshooting your issue.

The background at any stage of the startup process can be blue, black, or gray.

Aug 5, 2015 4:18 PM in response to sheepdogbradyby sheepdogbrady,MY computer would immediately go to my screen saver picture and apps established at the bottom of the page when turning on. All I get now is a blue page with chrome at the top. I can get on google but I cannot get into my documents or anything else
