cant connect my harman kardon onyx studio bluetooth speaker, doesnt appear in the bluetooth devices box

i cant connect my speaker because it does not appear in the list even though i have it in paring mode. I have OS Yosemite 10.10.4

MacBook Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.4)
