remove purchased apps from icloud family sharing
How do I remove some apps that I don't necessarily want my kids to see that I have purchased when we are all using family sharing?

You can hide them via your computer's iTunes (which will also hide them from the cloud for your account) : Hide and unhide purchases in the iTunes Store - Apple Support (there is a bug with iTunes which means that the 'x' won't show on an app's top left corner when you hover your mouse pointer over it, but clicking there should still hide the app)
