I have iphone 5. recently from last 1 week it start acting funny.
It doesnt charge when i plug in in socket and after some time it stars charging as well as continuously vibrating as well.
please help as this is my 1st IOS device and i just dont have any clue.

Try to reset your device. This won't delete your data stored on the phone.
Alternatively, you may go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settings

If this does not help, restore your device to factory settings. Note that this will erase the data from your device.

if this doesn't help, contact Apple and ask for help.
It may be that you have some dirt or something in the charging port, this happened to me, would only charge with the cable at a certain angle or would vibrate because it would keep charging and stoppoing again. Take it in to you nearest Apple Store and ask if they can clean the port out and see if that works.
I've had this issue a few times with iPhone 5 and this has always fixed it.
iphone 5 doesnt charge and if it does then keeps vibrating?
