how to move logic to a new mac?

Just bought a new mac.
How do i move all my files across such as prefs, templates & presets etc?

But seriously, not much has changed, so I guess the old posts still have validity.
In general, moving files in your user directory is not a problem. However, many Logic-related files are stored in the system directory and there you have to be careful with permissions. Preferences files will always be generated new by Logic, unless you want to cary over specific Preferences files.
