NEED HELP PLEASE! what's wrong with my phone?

I recently dropped my phone pretty hard. It was fine, I made phone calls and texts, used the internet and then about an hour later I picked it up and there were red vertical lines through the screen. It also would not recognize my slide to unlock the screen or to power off. It then went black and has not turned on since. I had the LCD screen replaced and it was not the problem. I had a new battery put in and now it powers on until the apple logo appears then it fades out and my phone is off. I am devastated as I had over 1000 pictures on it and when I sign into icloud from my laptop there are no photos to be seen. I know it was not fully backed up because I had run out of space and never purchased additional storage. I thought some photos would still be there. So what could be wrong with the phone that it won't fully power on? The tiny card on the side is not in my phone because the first place never put it back in. I have it still. Could this be why my phone won't power on all the way? I'm at a loss as what to do or try to fix next so I can have my phone working again!

If your iPod Touch, iPhone, or iPad is Broken

Apple does not fix iDevices. Instead, they exchange yours for a refurbished or new replacement depending upon the age of your device and refurbished inventories. On rare occasions when there are no longer refurbished units for your older model, they may replace it with the next newer model.

ATTN: Beginning July 2013 Apple Stores are now equipped to do screen repairs/replacements in-house on iPhone 5 and 5C. In some cases while you wait. According to Apple this is the beginning of equipping Apple Stores with the resources needed to do most repairs for iPhones, iPads, and iPod Touches that would not require major replacements. Later in the year the services may be extended as Apple Stores become equipped and staffed with the proper repair expertise. So, if you need a screen repaired or a broken screen replaced or have your stuck Home button fixed, call your local Apple Store to see if they are now doing these in-house.

You may take your device to an Apple retailer for help or you may call Customer Service and arrange to send your device to Apple:

I am looking to get it fixed by a third party, not by apple. I do not want a new phone, but would rather get this one fixed. I want my pictures from it and since they are apparently not backed up to icloud, if I don't fix it I will lose all of them! I don't want that! I would rather pay lots of money to fix this one.
