iPhone 6 plus camera lens

I took my phone for service in Sydney store for rear camera focus issue yesterday and they replaced the lens and it was working fine.However soon after that the front camera does not work, at times the rear camera takes pictures upside down, the iTunes back up does not work and i cannot make calls as the phone receiver is not working. They ought to have replaced my phone,rather they chose to service parts and destroyed my phone.
