my iphone was unlocked 2 years ago and now is locked again . Was unlocked from at&t with officialunlock.uk

Only the carrier (in your case AT&T) can unlock your phone. No other means will give a reliable result.

Restoring a phone will not remove a carrier lock (or an activation lock).

That is a scam and fraudulent site .They have no capability to unlock iPhones it is purely a hack that is wiped out by a restore ,as has already been pointed out
