iPad on 8.4

iPad on 8.4 and iPhone 4 on 7.1.2 were fine synched on iCloud. Just enabled iCloud Drive on iPad and now have 2 issues with photos:

1) Some photos that were in Photostream on IPad are 'missing' or not accessible from IPad?

2) photos taken on iPhone are not synching or no longer visible on iPad. Photos taken on iPad are visible on iPhone via iCloud?

help please!
