How to remove restrictions, forgot password
iPhone 5, iOS 8.4
Answer has not changed:
Restore the iPhone using a backup made previous to when the restrictions were turned on.
Or restore the iPhone as new and add back data, contacts, etc using the appropriate programs
and not a backup.
Restriction code cannot be recovered if forgotten.

what if you don't know when that last back up was? I don't even remember setting a restrictions password. And i only use one password for everything and that is not it
