I have MacPro Notebook using OS X Yosemite and want to transfer my photos to a Seagate external hard drive - help please?
MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Yosemite (10.10.4)
Make certain that the external Seagate HDD has been formatted in Disk Utility>Erase (usually to Mac OS Extende3d (Journaled).
Connect the Seagate to the MBP.
I would put the photos in question into one folder, then drag the folder to the external Seagate HDD.
