Can You Export iTunes Library to SD Card in Specific Bitrate?

I have a rather large iTunes library that consists of mostly CDs ripped in Apple Lossless. I would like to export my entire library to an SD card for use in my car audio system.

When loading an iTunes library to an Apple device, you are able to convert the audio files to a specified bitrate and it will convert them on the fly when transferring the files to the device.

I would like to do something similar, only instead of transferring to an Apple device, I want to transfer to an SD Card....preferably creating a duplicate library on the card in MP3 192kbps.

Can iTunes do this? If not, are there tools online that I can download to do this?

Thank you.
