how to buy a documentary in the ITunes shop USA

I've tried to purchase a documentary which is not for sale in the Dutch version of the ITunes Store.... So I went to iTunes Store USA....

It is not possible to buy with a Dutch Apple ID...and I was relocated to the Dutch iTunes store... Does anybody knows how to buy a film or documentary from an other iTunes store World Wide with an other native Apple ID?
