Frequent locations / traffic in Notification Center
Recently my frequent locations and traffic information has stopped appearing in Notification Center. Any suggestions on how to get it working again?

Have you tried turning restarting the phone?
Also try resetting Frequent Locations by going to Settings --> Privacy --> System Services --> Frequent Locations
If that still doesn't work then try clearing the history under that same menu.
