how do you enable bonjour on apple air

I have a new mac air and I'm trying to connect my HP laserjet P1102w wirelessly I found some excellent instructions on the web and got as far as the computer recognising my printer. Then it said to go to Bonjour which should be in 'Collections" in the bookmarks - but I don't have that!

How do I find Bonjour? Is it still the best way to make a connection ?
