My Apple ID lacasse.jacques@videotron got lock in by Apple This email address does not exist anymore because was linked to my former internet provider account. I forgot to sign-out before getting a new provider ! To make matter worse I received this iPad as a gift and the giver is dead cannot get the original invoice ! I phoned Apple the person could't read my recovery question which was written in french I tried to guess the question

gave the wrong answer and the above ID got locked solid ! I am not impress with such a customer service one bad answer and you are OUT It is not acceptable ! Is somebody knows a way to verify my identify ! I DID NOT STEAL THIS IPAD PERIOD I am really desperated !

PLS somebody Help me !
