Clicked suspicious link on Skype, am I infected?

There's been a rash wave of spam links being sent from legitimate accounts on Skype and, not realizing it until it was too late, I clicked a suspicious link on my iPhone 5's Skype app that led to some weight loss thing. I was later told this was a virus link, and am now worried my iPhone (and my router and my PC) might be infected. Is my iPhone safe, and is the rest of my home network safe? If not, how do I resolve the issue?
