i bought a phone6 from someone and the iphone was erased. it says i need to enter the previous owners apple account to get rid of the find my iphone activation lock but i have no contact with that person what so ever and i cant start up my iphone what can i do to get rid of the message ?

Nothing. The activation lock is an anti-theft measure; Apple won't unlock that iPhone for you.

Nothing. Activation lock cannot be bypassed. You need to contact the original owner and have them unlock it.
There is no other way around this. If you cannot get a hold of the seller, or if they will not unlock it, then you have bought a very expensive paperweight.
