Hot spot entries--how do I delete?

Do you mean WiFi networks? While you're in range of a network, tap on the network entry in Settings>WiFi, then tap Forget This Network.
Two items come up as hot spot if i key beginning letter into search bar on Safari. I've cleared history but can't figure out how to get rid of these 2 items?
A web address. Key first letter and these two always come up.
Can you post a screenshot please? I just tried typing hotspot into Safari and don't see what you mean.
Try going into settings >Safari and turn off spotlight suggestions and preload top hit.
Oops it comes up as "top Hits" not spot
tried that--doesn't do it?
