Please look over kernel panic report: what do you think?

I've been experiencing a degradation in my system and another user in the community here suggested I post this report here. i have a MBP that's been giving me problems...particularly slow slow slow startups and yet the Genius bar had kept it overnight and ran all tests and claimed everything got the green light. Since then I've purchased a new backup drive; partioned the drive and am now running time machine as well as doing a files backup.

Anyway, what do you see? Is my drive failing? Why wouldn't Apple catch that? ~~ Julia
