someone changed my securith questions without me knowing. how do i fix it?

I haven't been on my Apple account in like two years but I just received an email saying my security questions were changed. I went to change my password but I need that to do it..how can I figure it out so I can change my password??

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions. To do this, clickhereand pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submitthis form.
