Applescript to trigger notification on watch?

Hi,

I have a chat system on my wordpress blog. (http://www.robspictures.com)

When a new user enters the chat, I get an email from wordpress.

I'd like to set up a new rule in Mail that will send a notification to my watch. How can I do this?

This way if I'm away from my computer, but still in my studio, I can run to the desk and chat.
