could not be activated

I have an Iphne 5 and suddenly stoped wark so i restarting all setting and now it says that the device could not be activated due ti temorary server error / but it is been an hour and nothing change.

the device bought in apple store in europe

iPhone 5, iOS 8.3

Has the iPhone been jailbroken? Has the computer you are using for activation

been used in the past to jailbreak an iOS device? Did you turn off the anti-virus/

security software on the computer and the firewall?
