Sync iPad albums to Dropbox both ways

I have used Dropbox camera upload for some time on my android before transitoning to google photos. However on my iPad I'd like to sync my photos both ways to Dropbox. All my albums would show up as folders in Dropbox and if I delete any pictures from my ddropbox or my iPad it would be synced and updated in both. Is there anyway I can achieve something like this?
