Synch Error Under Windows 10

I have been unable to synch my iPhone 5S under Windows 10 and iTunes. I am running OS 8.4, the latest iTunes, and Windows 10 Pro 64 bit. I receive an error that says my phone can't be synched because there aren't sufficient privileges. I've tried everything I can think of to ensure access but I've never seen this error before. Any ideas? Thanks.
