Ctrl alt del (fn-ctrl-alt-backspace) not working any more after upgrade to windows 10

Ctrl alt del (fn-ctrl-alt-backspace) not working any more after upgrade to windows 10.

it was working in windows 7 and 8 but now after upgrading to windows 10 I am not able to logon anymore.
the previous version was installed with Bootcamp drivers / this was just a upgrade.

help?

I went into device manager and it says my drivers are up to date, however, ctrl alt del still doesn't work. Is there anywhere else I should be looking for this?

If you are using an Apple Keyboard, do you see a Apple entry under HID entries?
