am trying to import pictures from my iphone to my laptop and a message comes up saying that one of the pictuers has an problem

I am trying to figure out how to import my pictures from my iphone to my laptop and an error message keeps coming up that one of the pictures has something wrong & therefore, the entire import is unsuccessful.
