Remove stored cookies

Every time I start up a cookie www.slicefactory.com appears. Is this a bug ? How can I remove it permanently ?

iMac (27-inch Late 2009), iOS 8.4

From your Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Privacy tab then click: Remove All Website Data
