How can I sync music by rate?

I have had an album named "Rolling Stone 500 greatest songs" in my iTunes library of my Mac.some of the songs are great,but some of them are not so good.so I rated them from one star to five stars one by one.that cost me one week.

now,I want to sync the songs which I like into my iPhone,so I can enjoy them when I doing sport,but I don't know how can I do that,seems like I can sync songs by list,artist,album and genre only，

so.here is my question:Is there any way I can sync songs into iPhone by rate?
