Then go to Settings > Safari > and Clear history and website data. Also make sure you have Block Pop Ups enabled in Safari.

This is a scam DONOT ring any numbers all they want
Is your bank details or Apple ID

I called it and they insist the are the Apple company but the website in the popup was ocss.us which is a computer repair co. In Houston! Liars! Just do the settings/erase history procedure and you'll be ok.
