I have my personal email @mac.com and was wondering if it is possible to set up a second email for my business with @mac.com? If it is possible and you know of any tutorials I would love to learn how to do this.

Thats what I was afraid of. Will use Gmail or other.
You can set up an additional address which will be an @icloud.com one, in the form of an 'email alias'. More information on aliases here: http://help.apple.com/icloud/#mm6b1a490a
