I recently purchased Notability on my iPad. It automatically downloaded onto my iPhone but not my Mac. All three devices are under the same Apple ID. I would like to get Notability on my Mac without purchasing it again and also have the app sync when I take notes on one or the other. Any ideas?

Keek in mind, the same app that runs on your iPad and iPhone run on the iOS system.
The same app that runs on a Mac runs on OS X.
So you will have to pay for the app for the Mac.
I have to buy it again? I just bought it on my iPad.

BTW, your iPhone, iPad, and Mac alrready have a pre installed Notes app that syncs using iCloud.

As far as syncing via iCloud, they offer help for iCloud Sync issues here > http://support.gingerlabs.com/hc/en-us
But keep in mind, this app is not written by Apple. It's third party. There's no guarantee it's going to sync with your iOS devices and Mac via iCloud. That's what the pre installed (on both Mac and iOS devices) Notes app is for.
