Bluetooth and I phone 5s

hi,

i paired my bluetooth to my iPhone 5 ok but I wasn't able to hear ring tone or the other side while I was able to hear everything else like whatsapp and videos. I tried the Bluetooth on another I phone and it worked fine. What seems to be the problem here. Thanks a lot
