Garage band crashes when I use headphones in jack

Hi!

I bought the new macbook pro 13" this winter. I use Garage band to edit recordings of voice. Sometimes during the editing i switch from using headphones to loudspeakers or the macbook speakers. When I unplug the jack the garageband program crashes. (It restarts and ask if I want to use the autosave)

Someone knows why this happens?

On my older mac (2010) I never had this problem
