Think I've somehow deleted my outbox, drafts,etc folders from my email and nothing I do is getting them bac. Help!

I don't think that's possible unless you can do that via your email supplier's wemail account. Depending on whether it is your iCloud email or a 3rd party you could try signing out of the account & signing back in or for a 3rd party account) try deleting the account & recreating it - make sure you're using imap.
