Cannot upgrade from Australian App store

Tried to upgrade IPhoto into Yosemite. Not available?

iPhoto works fine - you do need the current version 9.6.1 - if you do not keep your Mac up to date see

Get iPhoto 9.6.1 if you didn't update before OS X 10.10.3
