It would appear, since the URL for the two links that you provided do not belong to the text presented.

If all you did was click on the link you should be ok, though you may have the senders know that the email address is active (so you may get further emails, and potentially not just 'from' Apple/iTunes). If you entered your id and password on the link, and if you haven't already done so, change the account's password (http://appleid.apple.com ; you may then need to log out and back in everywhere that you are using the account), and contact your card issuer to get the card replaced.

Billed where/how e.g. through your iTunes account or somewhere else ?

If you've gone to a phishing email's website and entered your card details contact your card issuer and get the card cancelled and replaced. If the charges are on your iTunes account contact iTunes Support e.g. via the 'contact us' link at the bottom right of every page on here, and remove the card from the account : Change or remove your Apple ID payment information - Apple Support

If you also entered your iTunes account's password change its password : http://appleid.apple.com

It's not from Apple, it's a phishing email trying to get your account and payment details - you could forward it to Apple : reportphishing@apple.com
