Refund
I paid for the 60 odd pounds for the additional support when I bought my mac as I had a lot of files on an old mac an old pc and 2 hard drives that I thought wanted to be organised onto my new mac as I don't have the time to do it myself. When I bought the mac they told me that if I paid this money sombody would be able to do this for me I just had to set up a meeting. When I went to my appointment the man told me to sit down and basically advised me how to do this myself at home - I am aware how to do it myself, the reason I paid the money is because I was told somebody would do it for me. How can I get a refund, ultimately the meeting was a waste of my time and money.
