Are you asking how to have your Caller ID visible to those you call? There is a switch in Settings>Phone>Show Caller ID. That would be active if your carrier allows for making changes to that setting. Otherwise, you would have to contact your cellular carrier with questions regarding Caller ID. They are the ones that control that.
