Rhythm Changes when attempting to create separate outputs for Ultrabeat.

Hello,

I am attempting to separate each drum to a separate track. I have multi output selected for ultra beat. When I select a different sub within ultrabeat (to the added aux track added with the plus button in the mix window) the rhythm drastically changes in my project. I attempted to do this on a blank project and had no issue separating the tracks

What could be creating this interference?
