How do I get my MacBook Pro to recognize an external USB DVD drive?
My internal DVD-R drive won't read/write CDs anymore so I borrowed an external Apple DVD drive that's USB-powered from a friend to see if that would work. I can't figure out how to get my Macbook to recognize it, any ideas?
MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.8)
