I cannot "Power Off" iPhone 6 plus (iOS 8.4). The screen is enlarged and is frozen. I tried power off button and home screen off but nothing worked. I tried using iTunes, but I could not unlock the password.

You have activated the Zoom feature in Accessibility. You can try using 3 fingers and double-tapping the screen to see if that will reduce it. You can also try triple-tapping the home button. However, if the screen is frozen, you need to try again by holding the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. That could take 30 seconds or longer. Keep holding until the logo appears.
