Windows 10 upgrade stopped I-tunes

I have just upgraded to Windows 10 from 8.1. I can still open I-tunes and see all my music, but nothing will actually play when I select it. I can log onto the I-tunes store, but I cannot even listen to a one minute sample of anything. Videos I have purchased will also not play. I-tunes states I have the latest version installed when I check for updates. Any thoughts?
