I have a new ipad air 2, it was working fine until I got on the siri screen. I said hey siri and now everything is locked. How to fix?

Have you tried resetting your device by pressing and holding the Home button and power button until the apple appears?
A forced restart may help. Tap and hold the Home button and the On/Off buttons for approximately 15-20 seconds, until the Apple logo reappears. When the logo appears, release both buttons.
Reset the device. It will not affect any of your data. Hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. The iPad should reboot. This could take up to 30 seconds.
