No audio playing in 1 specific project

I've encountered a strange issue where 1 specific Logic X project of mine will not play back any audio from any of the tracks which are a combination of Audio & Software Instrument tracks. Audio I/O settings are as they should be and I had even examined the mixer to see if there were any missing/disabled AUs or if any of the tracks were being solo'ed/muted. I also checked to see if this was caused from busses not being routed correctly, but all was normal. If i open up any other of my project files, audio plays back normally. Maybe theres something else I've missed?
