Can't update iTunes Match on windows since updating to newest version of iTunes. Any help?

ive always been able to update my iTunes Match to the iCloud by clinking on the top left corner and selecting update match. Now window isn't letting me highlight that function. Can anyone help? I have several new downloaded discs I'd like to listen to through the iCloud on my other devices.
